Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using FairLinks ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. FairLinks is operated by The Fair Company ("Fair", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FairLinks provides link management — short links, custom domains, QR codes, branded redirects, click analytics, UTM tracking. All features available from your first link. There are no plan tiers or feature gates.

3. Account

You need a Fair account to use FairLinks. One account works across all 38 Fair products. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Pricing & billing

FairLinks is pay-per-use. You add funds to your wallet, and each link draws from your balance at the published rate ($0.006 per link created). Click serving is unmetered. Your balance never expires. No subscription, no minimums, no monthly fee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FairLinks to:

• Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Cloak content destinations to bypass anti-spam systems
• Violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction
• Resell the redirector as your own without permission

6. Refunds

Failed link operations are not billed. Unused wallet balance is refundable within 90 days of the last top-up. Email billing@faircompany.ai.

7. Termination

You may stop using FairLinks at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Existing short links continue to redirect for 30 days after account termination unless terminated for abuse.

8. Liability

FairLinks is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
